Job Description

Are you looking for a new way to challenge yourself Looking for an opportunity that allows you to think outside of the box Confident in public speaking and engaging with a group We are looking for a Talent Attraction Assistant to work closely with andreport to our Deputy Recruitment Manager, the successful candidate will be involved in every aspect of the recruitment process from attraction and administrative tasks to interviewing and practically training and assessing new recruits.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high quality skill training for new recruits and assessing candidates attitude, interaction and overall fit to Off to Work
  • Focusing on candidate engagement to continuously increase assessment attendance percentages, reducing associated recruitment costs.
  • Complying at all times with relevant UK Immigration and employment law
  • Assisting with the delivery of further developmental training for our casual team ensuring a quality learning experience for all attendees
  • Meeting weekly and monthly recruitment targets with high quality recruits, as set by the Deputy Recruitment Managers
  • Assisting Managers execute creative and effective candidate attraction strategies within the public domain to enable a high volume of quality applicants and recruits
  • Proactively source, screen and evaluate candidates both over the phone and in person
  • Accurately and timely completion of all daily and project-based Recruitment administration in conjunction with the coaching pool, ensuring adherence to all company systems and procedures
  • Maintaining and improving recruitment systems and software to further benefit the department
  • Organizing attendance at the most effective job fairs and networking with candidates both at in person and virtual fairs
There will be a three-month probationary period, after which you will also be eligible for:

Minimum requirements:
  • Qualified to A level or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills including fluency in spoken and written English and confidence in public speaking
  • Excellent phone manner and the ability to engage appropriately with applicants, casual staff and clients
  • Drive and determination with attention to detail and an innate ability to focus on a variety of tasks
  • Knowledge of cv databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to manage the screening, interviewing and assessing of candidates
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite software, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
