Ideally someone with a hospitality background, who is ready to take on the mission of an office-based role to join our team.What will you be doing as Recruitment and Attraction Assistant -- London* Proactively source, screen and evaluate candidates both over the phone and in person.* Provide high-quality training for new recruits, assessing candidates and their skills thoroughly.* Focus on candidate engagement to continuously increase assessment attendance percentages, reducing associated recruitment costs.* Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for recruitment campaigns.* Create and publish job adverts on careers pages, job boards and social mediaWhat we require from our Recruitment and Attraction Assistant - London* Work experience as a staffing agency recruiter, recruiter or similar role* Excellent communication skills including fluency in spoken English and exceptional written English.* Excellent phone manner and the ability to engage appropriately with applicants, casual staff and clients.* Proven expertise in crafting compelling advertisements* Ability to manage the screening, interviewing and assessing of candidates* Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews and group interviews* Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels* Knowledge of CV databases and Applicant Tracking Systems* Drive and determination with attention to detail and an innate ability to focus on a variety of tasks* Solid organizational and time-management abilities* Immaculately presented with pride in both appearance and work.* Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite software, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.* Hospitality front-of-house experience.
