The role is crucial to the success of a smooth recruitment and onboarding process for all soon to be employees.Viapath is currently undergoing large transformation projects where the need to recruit is considerable. Therefore, there are abundant opportunities to acquire and evolve new skills with varying progression routes.Main duties of the jobYou will be responsible for the daily & weekly recruitment and onboarding administration duties. Working closely with the Senior Recruitment Administrator, you will regularly communicate and update on the development and progress of individual candidateonboarding stages.The day to day duties will involve updating various databases, monitoring multiple inboxes and working predominantly off our Applicant Tracking System, Trac, which is used extensively across the healthcare sector. Youll be drafting offers and contractsand handling incoming queries, supported by a small and friendly team.Working for our organisationYou will have a suite of learning opportunities available through The Viapath Way Development programme which is used across Viapath to enable you to reach your potential, learn new skills and achieve your goals.This is managed between you and your line manager in line with your own personal and professional development ambitions.You can apply for finance to drive innovation and service development for the benefit of patients through our Innovation Accelerator Fund.Detailed job description and main responsibilities Support the end to end recruitment process including; posting job adverts, preparing offer letters and contracts, conducting pre-employment checks on all new employees which includes checking IDs and requesting and following up references to make surethat the employee files are compliant Serve as a point of contact for recruitment queries Undertake recruitment administration as required using the electronic applicant tracking system, currently Trac. Work with the wider HR teams (HR and Payroll) to ensure new starters are set up in a timely manner Ensure all changes to terms and conditions are communicated to the Payroll and HR Manage departmental mailboxes ensuring emails are responded to in a timely manner and escalated where appropriate. Create and file accurate personnel records for permanent and contract staff, ensuring the electronic file is kept up to date with all required documentation Assist with assessment centres for roles within the organisation Ensure the recruitment database is accurate and kept up to date Support the Viapath Staff Bank team as required Work in conjunction with managers and HR to address any concernsViapath is a pathology partnership between SYNLAB UK and Ireland, and the NHS, including sites, Guys & St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust and Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, to deliver and transform pathology services across South East London.The partnership provides services to 1.7 million people living in South East London, as well as to hundreds of thousands of patients from outside the region who use local healthcare services.The partnership provides diagnostics, testing and digital pathology for hospital trusts, GP services and other healthcare providers.Francis HouseViapaths Corporate HQ; housing our Finance, Procurement, HR, IT, Service Improvement and Business Development teams.
