Job Description

Permanent Opportunity: Records & Transfer ManagerMy client, a public sector organisation in based in Central London is recruiting a permanent position in their Knowledge and Information Management team of Records & Transfer Manager.Location: Central LondonSalary: £45,000 - £55,000 + fantastic benefitsOffice Requirements: 1- 2 days per weekThe Successful Records & Transfer Manager will have:

  • Experience in supporting various business areas with records management
  • Experience in The National Archives process and an understanding of the Public records act
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to assimilate and assess large amounts of information quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Public sector experience preferred, but not essential
  • Experience in reviewing records (desirable)
  • Experience in FOI and DPA/GDPR (desirable)
  • Experience in service improvement and delivery (desirable)
