Receptionist / Office ManagerThis fairly small but very successful and delightful company based near Piccadilly Circus are looking for a Receptionist / Office Manager. It’s a 12-month contract and you need to be able to start early-mid February. As your role of Receptionist / OfficeManager is so pivotal to the company, you will need to be in the office every day. Your hours will be 9-5.30. As Receptionist / Office Manager your role will entail:- answering phones, meeting and greeting clients, keeping the office tidy, ordering stationery,liaising with cleaning company/IT, managing the post, ensuring all Health & Safety matters are executed, planning and organising social events, general office admin, invoice management, overseeing the management and provisioning of the board room and meetingroom, other services when required such as:- couriers, office supplies, birthday cards/presents for employees. You must have previous Reception / Office Manager / Admin experience and be well-spoken, bright, friendly, helpful and a team player.
