Job Description

Daytime Healthcare are assisting with a luxury Cosmetic Clinic in Marylebone to source receptionists. There is a great working environment and the opportunity to develop into a patient advisor.Job Role:You will work across the clinics departments and alongside hand-picked, industry-leading surgical and aesthetic consultants to provide patients with a high standard of customer service. This will ensure all patients have a flawless journey from first contactto initial consultations right through to after care.Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong receptionist experience working in a busy private hospital, aesthetic, Cosmetic or clinical setting .
  • Experience in medical administration or luxury retail
  • A team player with the ability to deliver their roles and responsibilities in a calm and efficient manner while working in a busy environment.
  • Good relationship builder - ability to create strong working relationships across different departments and consultants.
  • Experience of delivering exceptional levels of service.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and immaculate written English
  • A polished appearance and professional manner
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent IT and administrative skills.
  • A can do’ attitude.
  • A calm demeanour with prior experience working under pressure using sensitivity and discretion always.
  • Keen interest in Aesthetics/Cosmetics.
There is some Saturday working rerquired, and the rota is set for either 4 or 5 days per week.
