Job Description

A fantastic communications group with amazing offices in the heart of London is looking for an upbeat and proactive individual to join their friendly team as a Receptionist. This is very much a position you can make your own, and is a great role for someoneto build their office experience. No previous experience is needed but you need the right attitude and a hard working nature.As receptionist in this fully office-based role, your duties will include the below:

  • Meet and greet all clients and visitors
  • Answer the main switchboard
  • Book meeting rooms and ensure they are ready for meetings
  • Distribute the post
  • Be the main point of contact for a variety of requests - from helping with someones IT set up to finding a charger
  • Assist the Office Manager with ad-hoc duties around the office
This is a fantastic role for someone looking to work within a creative environment.
