Job Description

Receptionist/Hostess£35,000West end5 day a week onsite8:00 - 17:30pmOur client a professional, high end international property investment firm, is seeking a personable, polished, enthusiastic and proactive Receptionist/Hostess. You will be a fundamental and integral part of the team, offering first class customer serviceto HNWI and all internal and external stakeholders.Your responsibilities will include;

  • Meet and greet clients
  • First point of contact for all customer queries
  • Managing the running of the office
  • Making teas and coffees
  • Setting up all hospitality events
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Adhoc administration support
We are seeking a candidate who thrives on delivery high end, 5 star customer service and wants to be a brand ambassador.You will have the following attributes and experience;
  • Customer service or hospitality experience
  • Polite, professional, courteous manner
  • Well presented and polished
  • Can work in an agile environment
  • Confident, calm and capable
