We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced receptionist/administrator to join our firm based in London. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a corporate setting and be comfortable working in an office environment.Main Responsibilities:- Organising incoming mail: scanning documents, forwarding to the correct teams, electronic and paper filing- Dealing with outgoing mail: organising DHL, post office runs etc.- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests- Meeting and greeting visitors- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments- Supporting the corporate and accounting team with various tasks such as companies house searches, contacting HMRC, going to legalisation office and companies house, maintaining internal check-lists and forms- Liaising with suppliers and maintaining office stockSkills and Qualifications:- Excellent attention to detail- Strong organisational and communication skills- Experience in a similar role within a corporate setting- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion- Proficiency in MS Office- Ability to work well under pressure and multitaskBenefits: 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays (Pro Rated)Potential for reduced hours to accommodate personal commitments such as school pick-upsLocation: London, UKRequired skills
