Job Description

ROLE: ReceptionistRATE: £15 p/hLOCATION: Richmond (8.00am-3.00pm)Overview: Seeking a Receptionist to provide top-notch administrative support. If youre skilled in research, handling inquiries, and clerical duties, join our client!Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them.
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Handle courier packages.
  • Maintain visitor logs and handle basic clerical tasks.
  • Organize boardroom schedules and equipment.
  • Assist with typing, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Skills:
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Requirements:.
  • 2-4 years of experience preferred.
