This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to work for a successful global organisation based near Victoria station. Theyre looking for a senior level Receptionist to work alongside one other Receptionist in beautiful offices. Yourhours will be 10-6 although you need to be flexible to work until 6.30 some evenings and will be based in the office 5 days a week. The role will involve:- meeting & greeting guests, answering all switchboard calls, liaising with the catering team to ensureall guests are offered refreshments/assisting them during busy periods, dealing with deliveries, managing the meeting rooms and video conference bookings, dealing with overseas visitors, supplier relationships, keeping the reception tidy etc, scheduling andmanaging ad-hoc events and other ad-hoc work. It’s a busy role so you must have previous experience of working in this type of position as a Receptionist.
