Job Description

Our client, a top law firm in London are looking for a Receptionist to join the ever growing team. You will be the first point of contact and providing a warm & professional welcome will be key. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills,have an efficient telephone manner and previous reception/customer service experieince. You will be able to work well under pressure, have a vibrant personality and have a flexible attitude too.Working hours are on a rotation basis and will either be 8-5 or 9-6 Monday to Friday.Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in reception with a smile and providing a warm and professional welcome
  • Looking after all clients when in the reception/FOH areas providing directions/refreshments/support and care
  • Working with confidential information
  • Maintaining all FOH areas at all times
  • Managing e-mails/inbox in a timely manner
  • Answering calls via a Switchboard system
  • Work well with the catering and IT teams accommodating any last minute requests
  • Maintaining stationery and equipment in meeting rooms
  • Liaising with hospitality, IT and other areas of the firm to provide a smooth running FOH service at all times
  • Announce all calls to Partners, Consultants and Directors
  • Re-directing and screening calls, taking messages when required
  • Managing and processing high volumes of meeting room requests
  • Creating and maintaining reservations records
  • Admin tasks
