We are recruiting for a Full Time Receptionist to work on an ongoing Temporary contract. This role is located in Pall Mall, working 8:30-16:45 and is paying £13 an hour.What will you be doingYou will be operating the front of house meeting and greeting clients and customers, as well as providing excellent administration support, helping set up meetings.* Reception, meeting and greeting visitors* High level of service to external and internal customers, continuous improvement of administration procedures. * Switchboard and Telephone cover* Meeting room set up* Assistance with general admin duties and holiday coverAbout you* Friendly, sociable and energetic* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment* Willingness to go the extra mile to provide excellent service to all customers and clients* Able to get involved in helping set up events, covering offer posts during absences* Proficient with the various Microsoft packages and component using various online systems
