As a Receptionist act as the first point of contact for all visitors and staff to the building in to order to provide an excellent first impression.You will work in the busy and ever-changing environment of the reception within our hardworking team, ensuring customer satisfaction and care amongst clients and visitors alike.Youll need to have experience working in a similar role ideally within a corporate environment and have an excellent working knowledge of MS OfficeMain duties:Receive high profile visitors who need to be dealt with efficiently, ensuring minimal delay in them meeting their host or attending their meetingMaintain a friendly and professional service with a strong emphasis on providing the highest levels of customer careNew starter/leaver management such as EHS introduction, ID cardKeeping a log of all active, inactive, deleted, lost cardsMaintaining an accurate record for all sorts of external and internal visitorsAnswering phones, handling company inquiriesPosting and receiving mail and parcels/Ordering mail suppliesKeeping all records for delivery/service, mail and support the relevant invoice workMonthly EHS office inspection-checking and report all hazards to Admin and HRMonitoring cleaning throughout the office and manage the meeting roomsOrdering and record of stationery for the officePreparing acceptance forms, delivery notes and maintain a good recordStorage management and keep a record of storage room such as laptop/PC, mice, keyboards, docking stationsAs a successful Receptionist within our team you will need:Experience of working in a similar role within a corporate environment is essentialA professional manner with excellent customer service skillsGood working knowledge of reception administrative dutiesExcellent PC skills to include Outlook, Word and ExcelAbility to work well under pressure in a fast moving and challenging reception environmentEnthusiasm, flexibility and team-working skillsWhat will you get in return
