This is an exciting permanent opportunity for a candidate with excellent organisation skills and a passion for customer service to join a leading property development team as a Receptionist in West London!THE ROLE:* Managing all inbound callers and acting as the first point of contact for all visitors* Managing meeting room calendars in conjunction with the administration team* Overseeing all mail processes, logging inbound mail and its distribution and the sorting, postage, and franking outbound mail* Collating and reporting daily on movements, attendance, sickness, and holidays of staff, updating the telephone and attendance lists* Maintaining the staff database, including necessary reporting for Management* Ensuring maintenance contract is upheld and all consumables are readily in stock* Checking all meeting rooms to ensure cleanliness and readiness for next meetings* Working alongside designated individuals to ensure health and safety procedures are followed, including fire alarm tests and evacuations* Organising refreshments for meetings with external visitors and liaising with delivery drivers* Acting as administrative support during times of holidays, sickness, and/or absence* Administering and maintaining key fobs for all employeesESSENTIALS:* At least 1 year of experience within a reception role * Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills* Experience using Microsoft Office systems* Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenIf you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
