Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist/Office AdministratorLocation: Isle of Dogs, E14Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 17:00pmAbbatt Office Support are looking for an organised and personable Receptionist/Administrator to join a property company located in the Isle Of Dogs, East London.DescriptionYou will be flexible and professional in your working approach when providing full reception support as part of a team.As the first point of contact to our office duties will include:

  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct person
  • Answering enquiries in person, by telephone and email
  • Having an awareness of staff movement within the business
  • Providing refreshments
  • Receiving, sorting, and opening mail
  • Arranging special postal deliveries and mail-outs
  • Providing general administration and clerical support
  • Keeping the electronic and paper filing system up to date
  • Responsible for ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Completing adhoc tasks when required

  • Some experience in accounts administration would be beneficial.
  • The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and work ethic with the ability to develop ongoing relationships.
