Job Description

REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATOR (SALES & LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR) - LONDONMy client a long established multi office estate agency is looking for an experienced property professional to join their team as a Sales & Lettings Administrator in their busy London office.Salary: Dependent on experience ranging from £25,000 - £32,000Contract: Full time | PermanentWorking Hours: Fully office-based Mon- Fri. 9am - 6pm· This role is based in the office full time.Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting both the residential sales and lettings negotiators and managers.
  • Ordering all sales collateral, brochures, window cards, signage, and boards.
  • Arranging photography for new listings.
  • Being the first point of contact for applicants, vendors, landlords and tenants.
  • Preparing tenancy agreements.
  • Arranging EPCs, EICRs, and gas safety checks.
  • Launching properties to the market via the CRM.
  • Conducting right to rent and AML checks on buyers.
  • Sending out Terms and conditions to clients.
  • Organising company events & staff socials - dinners, parties, activities etc
  • Property information questionnaires
  • Website checks and management - ensuring website is updated with new stock
  • Booking appraisals
  • Tagging and de-tagging keys.
  • General office assistance
  • Meeting and greeting clients.
  • Responsible for the presentation of the office
  • Canvassing Letters via their touting software.
  • Ordering marketing literature
  • Stationary ordering
  • Day to day assistance where needed from the Directors.
Ideal skills and experience:
  • At least 1 years’ experience working in an estate agency setting.
  • Confident, reliable, and hardworking with a positive disposition. Enjoys going above and beyond and supporting a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, clients and internally.
  • Approachable, hospitable and someone that is a true team player and takes pride in helping a team succeed.
  • Excellent attention to detail, highly organised and passionate about providing seamless support.
  • Can prioritise, able to work towards deadlines and enjoys working in a busy, fast paced environment in a high performing team.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and preferably experienced using property CRM systems in the past such as Reapit, Vebra-Alto, etc.
