You will be part of the analytics team which evidences our decision making. Whether this is determining where our offices are located, the size of our offices, or the way the office is designed, data plays a central role in making sure the workplace is fitfor the needs of our people. ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for providing information needed by the business. We work with a number of large and complicated data sets. On top of this we are constantly looking to innovate and bring in fresh insights from new data. This role is an exciting opportunityto lead a critical sub team whose purpose is to ingest data into our database, form connections across our data network and provide suitable outputs ready to be used for reports and dashboards. In addition to this we will be looking to you to leverage technicalskills to enhance the way we share insights, whether through chat bots, or advanced predictive modeling.
