Fantastic opportunity for a seasoned rates specialist to support the desk at a successful, multi-billion dollar hedge business in London. This seat is open to buy or sell side candidates, but you must have 6/7+ years of experience. Due tothe recruitment framework at the fund, we are only able to consider candidates with a strong academic background; 2:1 and above at a Russell Group university and any additional qualifications are welcome.Providing daily support to the traders, you will be expected to work on trade capture/booking, flow management, P&L and risk reporting, counterparty management, process enhancement, etc. As outlined, this is rates specific hire and flow/exotics desk experience highly desirable. Candidates must practically understand greeks, P&L, financial mathematics.This role is fully onsite, 5 days a week, and comp is flexible depending on experience but will easily be above market averages.
