Job Title Rates Sales - United Kingdom (UK) Hedge Funds Location London Corporate Title Associate You will join the Institutional Client Group (ICG) for Debt, which manages the Banks relationships with institutional investors across the full Debt product spectrum. ICG Debt combines the global capabilities of Deutsche Bank with regional expertise on fivecontinents. With leading market shares in nearly every product and region, the success relies on factors such as anticipating the impact of market and regulatory changes to clients business, developing the latest eCommerce and Clearing platforms, and leveraging the Banksproduct, research and structuring expertise to offer tailor-made solutions which are customised to meet the specific requirements of each individual client. Your key responsibilities

• Proactively driving sales coverage of Rates products to UK Hedge Funds, across liquid and illiquid products
• Interacting with Trading on the Rates product suite, leveraging the success of the cash and solutions franchise to help increase our market share
• Partnering with Rates trading and structuring, as well as other sales colleagues within the team and within the product
• Advising on clearing, collateral/derivatives-documentation
• Helping with the development of team members

Your skills and experience

• Extensive knowledge of the Fixed Income market
• A strong sense of how macroeconomic developments impact our clients
• Proven track record covering the Hedge Fund client segment
• Deep knowledge across this product base (including their derivatives)
• Entrepreneurial skills to prioritise resources to maximise outcome and value for client
• Comfortable in a dynamic and fast paced environment and able to demonstrate the ability to navigate complex organisations
