Quotation Specialist Required! Our client is a renowned global leader in pharmaceutical exports, catering to critical market shortages and fulfilling essential tenders across the globe.Due to ongoing growth, they are now looking for a motivated Quotation Specialist to join their team.As a Quotations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the supply chain, sourcing and managing quotations from an extensive pool of suppliers located worldwide.This role offers a unique opportunity to receive comprehensive training within the pharmaceutical industry, equipping you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in identifying the best sourcing opportunities and negotiating favourable terms withsuppliers.Quotation Specialist - Position Overview

  • Effectively source pharmaceutical products from global suppliers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the quotation process, analysing supplier proposals, negotiating pricing, and terms to optimise procurement outcomes.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering partnerships that align with the companys values and goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market fluctuations, and regulatory changes, providing insights to enhance our sourcing strategies.
Quotation Specialist - Position Requirements
  • A solid educational background with relevant degree
  • A keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry and a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to perform market analysis and identify sourcing opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
Quotation Specialist - Position Remuneration
  • Starting Salary: £28,000
  • Pension Scheme
  • 20 days holiday + bank
  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)
