Job Description

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting role based in the City of London Do you want to work for a world-renowned consultancy firm Do you want to work on a range of build projects, ranging from sustainable housing, to high-profile towers inCentral London Then this is the perfect role for you!Due to recent growth, this established multi-national consultancy firm is looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their established team. The successful candidate will have ability to build their portfolio and work on major build projects acrossthe UK, and learn closely from industry-leading professionals. At this firm, you will have the opportunity to have a significant impact on the success of the business, whilst having the freedom to set and achieve your own goals in the industry!   • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Relevant experience in a similar consultancy environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Have a full UK driving license and a car
Responsibilities as a Successful Quantity Surveyor
  • Delivery of projects
  • Pre and Post contract services
  • Manage project coordination and project reporting
  • Attend site inspections and site meetings
  • Attend and minute project meetings
  • Administer Contracts
  • Procure services and works on behalf of our Clients and projects
  • Support to junior member of the team and senior staff
