Job Description

Our client, a leading Main Contractor, specialising in office fitout, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join them in their London office, on a permanent basis due to continued growth. The QS will be working on high-end office fit-outs across the UK, focusingon projects from £50k to £10M plus. The QS will be working as a key member of the commercial team, based from the London office with sites visits as required. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established an expanding company, who deliver someincredible projects for both blue-chip and boutique clients.   • Salary: £40k - £65k DOE (possibly more for a strong candidate)

Quantity Surveyor Position Overview
  • Operating as a key member of the commercial team

Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
  • Hold a HNC / Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Minimum 3 Years Experience
  • A knowledge of office fitout
  • Open to AQSs looking for the next step
  • Must be professional and presentable
  • North-West based
