Job Profile for Quantity Surveyor - LF154940zOur Client an award-winning, multi-disciplinary consultancy now require a Quantity Surveyor to join them based in Ealing. They require a Quantity Surveyor to join an expanding part of the business. The successful candidate will be joining the sector of thebusiness that best suits their experience and will be working on a range of pre and post contract cost management activities. Business sectors include; new-build residential, hospitality and public sector regeneration.Our Client have a proven track record of nurturing and developing talent and now require an innovative QS to join the team. The most suitable Quantity Surveyor will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying and this will be accredited by RICS. Our Clientis seeking an individual with a minimum of 2 years professional Quantity Surveying experience through to chartered candidates seeking a senior role.It is envisaged the Quantity Surveyor who secures this opportunity will be able to demonstrate experience in the full life cycle of a client project and proven experience of working in professional services.Our Client offers a competitive salary and package with ongoing training and progression opportunities.   • Working with internal and external stakeholders and reporting on project financials
  • Collaborating and managing external stakeholders as well as designing and producing cost management process manuals
  • Liaising with clients internally and externally and attending site meetings
  • Promote sustainable thinking to clients and negotiating with supply chain members
  • Producing tender documents
Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
  • Degree educated in a property / construction related field
  • Experience of leading internal and external project teams
  • Up to date knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Open to candidates from Assistant to Intermediate level
  • Must have prior consultancy side QS experience
Quantity Surveyor Position Remuneration
  • Salary: Up to £40k DOE
  • Salary dependant on experience
  • Holiday 25 days + BH
  • 4% employer pension
