Quantitative Research Director (FTC)Salary: Up to £80,000, plus Pension, Hybrid Working, and 25 Days HolidayLocation: LondonThe CompanyWe are collaborating with a boutique research agency seeking interim support as a team member embarks on maternity leave. This agency partners with clients spanning FMCG, retail, NGO, and more, delivering diverse projects ranging from brand positioning tocreative strategy.The RoleAs the Research Director, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading quantitative projects, overseeing their progress, and collaborating closely with the team.
  • Managing and mentoring team members, fostering their training and development.
  • Juggling multiple projects concurrently and serving as the primary client liaison.
  • Crafting and delivering insightful reports and contributing to thought leadership articles.
Your Skills and ExperienceThe ideal Research Director will possess:
