Job Description

Quantitative Developer - Crypto Trading - RemoteYoure a Quantitative Developer whose last greenfield project seemed like a lifetime ago. The excitement of what building a platform from scratch and implementing strategies has worn off, so you spend your days maintaining what was built rather than workingon new things. You might even be held back by mountains of bureaucracy and your ideas spend months with senior leadership before getting signed-off.Sound familiar Well it doesnt have to be.Were looking for a talented Quant Developer to join a global trading firm who are continuing their build out of their Market Making team. This team has been researching and implementing profitable trading strategies since inception and is looking for aLead Quantitative Developer to help enhance their trading and research capabilities.What makes this different Youll be included in their bonus pool (PnL split) from your first day.You can expect to work directly with Quant Traders to take on a mixture of the following responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy elegant software solutions for automated trading systems using Rust / GoLang or C++
  • Implement state-of-the-art monitoring and testing functions for the platform
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for improved performance and reliability
What wil set you apart from the competition:
  • Highly capabale engineering skillset and CompSci fundamentals
  • An in-depth understanding of software development best practices to write clean, maintainable code for automated trading systems
  • Prior experience building systematic trading and research systems (Linux based) with a statically typed programming background (C++ / Java / Rust)
Note: you will need to be a Tax Resident of either Switzerland or the United Kingdom to be considered for this position.
