Working with employers, Jobcentre Plus, specialist agencies and local partners, we help the long-term unemployed overcome whatever obstacles they faceachieving the skills they need to get a job, and securing ajob, helping them achieve real, positive and lasting change in their lives.Reed in Partnership deliver a number ofcontracts acrossLondonand the South East,the East of England, the South West, the Midlands, the North West, the North East and Northern IrelandWhat the role is about:This role will focus on supporting Operational teams to deliver high performing programmes by ensuring that all QI processes and activities are completed in line with the relevant Policies and that the output of these activities are used to drive all aspects of performance.Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting Operational offices on a regular basis to support delivery teams and gain an umbrella view of the Operational Delivery.
  • Provide support for theAssociate Director ofContinuousImprovementin ensuring Quality Improvement is fully embedded in the business.
  • Organise and facilitate Focus Groups withParticipantsand write reports of the findings.
  • Manage theFile Check Policy and Proceduresfor assigned programmes.
  • Produceand presentreports detailing observation and file check completion rates.
  • Collate and determine trends for observations and file checks and write reportsfor designated programmes.
  • Undertake paired observations and file checks as part of the company validation processes.

  • Experience delivering high quality written materials using MS Word, briefings, reports, minutesthat are clear, accurate and concise.
  • Intermediateknowledge of MS Excel, data manipulation, pivot tables and data presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure with short timescales.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent decision making skills.
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Desirable Skills & Experience:
  • Experience of delivering group and/or one to one training and/or IAG.
  • Teaching or training qualification (level 3).
  • Knowledge of the Governments Welfare to Work and Skills agenda
  • Understanding of quality improvement activities.
  • Experience ofPublicallyFunded service delivery, either from within a government or local authority team orfunction or contracted service.
