QA Test Engineer / Tester *Remote Interview WfH*. Are you a QA Test Engineer with both manual and automation testing experience and a good knowledge of networking technologies You could be joining a fast growing Cyber Security technology company, continually learning and progressing your career.As a QA Test Engineer you will gain an indepth understanding of the Network Security product; partnering with software developers, product specialists and other test engineers to write effective, efficient tests and actively participate in Agile processes such as peer reviews and Sprint planning. Youll remain hands-on whilst taking a lead role, taking responsibility for organising the team and ensuring the right test approach is taken.Driven by technology this company can offer a remote interview / onboarding process and work from home during the current social distancing measures with a gradual return to the Central London offices where youll join a diverse, international team, working in a relaxed software house environment (i.e. non-corporate, casual dress, table football, break-out areas etc.) with some continued flexibility to work at home.Requirements:*You have strong manual software testing experience, having used a range of test methodologies / approaches to write efficient and effective tests *You have experience of testing networking technologies with a good understanding of TCP/IP; youre comfortable with things like ping, ip4/6 and ideally will have used tcpdump / Wireshark to investigate network issues*You have strong debugging / troubleshooting skills *Youre have a good understanding of software development and are able to code with any programming language: Python or C# preferred - and keen to develop your skills *You have excellent communication skills and are a collaborative team member As a QA Test Engineer you will earn a competitive salary (to £40k) plus benefits.Apply now or call to find out more about this QA Test Engineer (Manual Networking TCP/IP) opportunity.
