Job Description

Job Title: QA - Quality Assurance AnalystiKas International are recruiting on behalf of a market renowned energy trading company for a QA Analyst who has proven experience in software testing across regression, SIT and UAT and Test experience. You will join a company that is shaping the futureof energy trading on a global scale. Work that directly influences the worlds energy markets. My client invites talented individuals to embark on an exciting career journey with them as a Quality Assurance Analyst.Required skills:

  • Prior QA or analyst experience in commodity trading is essential.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing, encompassing regression, SIT, and UAT.
  • Testing experience in commodity trading.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
  • Basic experience in SQL querying and scripting, with a background in backend testing.
  • Proficiency in working with Power BI.
  • Expertise in using Jira and Zephyr for defect management, test preparation, execution, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in automated regression testing and performance testing is a distinct advantage.
  • Understanding of and experience in implementing best practices in testing.
  • Preferably ISTQB Foundation Level Certified or equivalent.
