Leveraging your expertise in Exceland Python programming, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge solutions that enhance the traders ability to analyze, manage risk, and execute trades seamlessly. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our trading desk, ensuringit remains at the forefront of the financial market.Key Responsibilities:Python Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Excel-based spreadsheets and Python applications tailored to the specific needs of the trading desk.
  • Implement automated processes to streamline trading activities and enhance desk productivity.
Trading Desk Support:
  • Collaborate closely with traders to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions that address their unique challenges.
  • Offer ongoing support to the trading desk, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing existing tools to align with evolving market demands.
Risk Management:
  • Integrate risk management functionalities into trading applications, ensuring the identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential risks.
  • Develop tools to analyze and report on risk exposures, providing real-time insights to traders and risk managers.
Fixed Income Expertise:
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Fixed Income markets, products, and trading strategies.
  • Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to incorporate relevant insights into development efforts.
Collaborative Development:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including traders, analysts, and risk managers, to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet the dynamic needs of the trading desk.
  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to foster a collaborative and innovative development environment.
Spreadsheet Modeling:
  • Utilize advanced spreadsheet modeling techniques to develop financial models and analytical tools that support decision-making processes.
