Purchasing Systems Support Analyst needed to maintain a purchase order system, providing user support and training as well as writing reports for a London-based Public Sector organisationClient DetailsMy client is a well-established organisation based in London, looking for a Purchasing Systems Support Analyst to add value to a growing team.DescriptionThe successful Purchasing Systems Support Analyst will:- Contribute to the teams performance and customer service delivery whilst operating in line with core values.- Administer, maintain, support and develop purchasing systems and its integration, while developing reports (SQL & Others) to meet the needs of both Finance and the business- Contribute towards team objectives and key performance indicators through developing and configuring purchasing systems, maintaining its financial controls across the group- Provide training and work collaboratively with key stakeholders, partners and external third partiesProfileThe ideal Purchasing Systems Support Analyst will have:- Sector/specialist knowledge & experience of systems or application support, preferably Proactis. Must have the ability to understand data structures.- Leadership & management experience and be able to demonstrate collaboration across internal customers- Finance & commercial knowledge including purchase to pay or e-trading, good awareness of financial operations with strong analytic skills- Communication & influencing skills and will be able to organise work based on agreed priorities and managing deadlines- Proficiency in all MS Project, Visio, Excel.
