Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant with 2-3 years experience In this role you will be working in a team of 4 where all of you have your own responsibilities but overlap and link to each other.Our client, a City based Underwriter, is looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant who is available immediately for a 3 month FTC. This will, more than likely, be signed off as a permanent role but due to the urgency of the position they are offering a 3 month contract on their payroll to start NOW!This is a hybrid role- 3 days in (Tuesday being mandatory) with 2 days WFHAll invoices are inputted by a junior graduate( who you will oversee but have no direct reporting responsibilities for )and it is then your job to process as necessary. They use SUN( and Concur for expenses) but neither are essential -any other specialistsoftware allows for an easy transition.They are open to any industry background as long as you can demonstrate strong Purchase Ledger knowledge.The team are collaborative and supportive, everyone gets on, works hard but also has fun.They are looking to conduct Teams interviews immediately so if you have the experience we need please apply now or email me directly.Salary £35,000 possibly negotiableRequired skills
