Job Description

Publishing & Partners Director - Independent AgencyThis is a small but rapidly growing agency that work in true partnership with their clients to achieve mutual business objectives through a mix of brand and performance campaigns. They are a challenger business who work with challenger brands, punching wellabove their weight, finding opportunity in unconventional places to help brands grow. Theyre not tied into any media buying agreements, meaning whatever media they buy provides the best possible media solution for their client, allowing for truly creativeplanning and an ethos of transparency for both their clients and internally within the agency.The role:As the Publishing & Partners Director, your role will include:

  • Bringing together the best media activation for your clients, including publishing (online and offline) and OOH channels - your role will be integral to the fusion of traditional and digital expertise.
  • Working with the planners & strategists to ensure briefs are interpreted and responded to comprehensively, and you will search out innovative ideas at this stage which will deliver award-winning work.
  • Staying on top of the latest developments in the industry to be able to advise clients on the latest trends & innovations.
  • Pushing media owners to deliver case-study worthy work, delivered at the best possible price for clients.
  • Growing and contributing to the learning and development of the more junior members of the partners team.
You:
  • Are a proven leader in activating Publishing or OOH channels, inspiring teams, clients and wider partners.
  • Are an effective & persuasive negotiator.
  • Have expertise in developments across Publishing or OOH.
  • Are knowledgeable of how media strategy contributes to overall success.
  • Want to build your own team, and are passionate about producing award-winning work for challenger brands.
