Public Sector Sales Group Lead - Unified CommunicationsUK / Remote65-70k Base + Bonus + Car Allowance + Great Benefits Through advanced engineering and technology, our client has emerged as the #1 player in the growing UC market. Due to continued growth throughout Europe, they now have an exciting and immediate opening for a Public Sector Sales Director to be based in the UK.Public Sector Sales Group Lead you will: * Be in the spot light as a Player Manager leading a small but growing sales function* Plan, implement and execute the UK Public Sector sales strategy with full ownership* Manage the complex Public Sector sales cycle from discovery through to close* Drive a growing presence strategy across public sector framework agreements* Develop and nurture strong customer relationships across multiple levels of seniority* Develop & grow sales strategies within the partner landscape, interoperating with our reseller and alliance teams* Keep accurate and up to date reports, building high accuracy sales forecast models* Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews to senior management* Become the resident Public Sector EMEA North ambassador & expert* Have management responsibility for a 3-4 person sales team members, including their growth & development* Ownership & responsibility for the Public Sector team growth number * Post C19 - expect significant travel (including Danish HQ)To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and traits: * Multi-year Public Sector sales experience (Education and/or Health preferred)* Telco, Unified Comms or Contact Centre experience would be highly advantageous* Demonstrable ability in running full and complex sales cycles * Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets* Sales leadership, people management skills* Highly motivated/high energy, eager to win and determination to produce results* Deep understanding of Public Sector accounts* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills* Skilled in CRM management* Energy, passion, drive and a consultative nature required* Commercially awareThe successful Public Sector Sales Director can expect: * A base salary circa 65-70k* An uncapped bonus* Generous benefits package* 7k car allowanceThe Certus Recruitment Group is an established and experienced specialist consultancy providing sales, marketing and IT recruitment services to the business community throughout the UK, Europe and Australia.
