We are seeking a manager for our independent pub in Bethnal Green which is currently being refurbished, due to open at the end of February 2023.We are a growing independent pub company and the Carpenters Arms E2 is our second pub after the Bank of Friendship N5 in Highbury. We pride ourselves on our selection of quality ales, local craft beers and spirits, and our friendly service. The CarpentersArms is a small historical neighbourhood wet-led pub just off brick lane.We are now looking for an experienced pub manager to join our community and lead the team on this new venture.What we offer:- Competetive salary - dependent on experience, to be negotiated- Courses and training for your further development- Opportunity for progression within the group- Pension contributions- 28 days paid annual leave- Discretionary bonusWhat we are looking for:- Experience running a pub and managing a team of staff- Enthusiasm for a new project, to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and pop-up food operators- Creativity and passion for the drinks trade, work with us to develop drinks menus and collaborations- Experience working with back of house software and systems- Create and maintain engaging social media content- Cellar management qualification- Personal license holder- Right to work in the UK- Up to date with all health and safety protocolsIf you meet the above criteria and would like to meet us to find out more about our plans for the pub, we would love to hear from you.
