We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PSD2 SME to join our team on a contract basis and provide expert guidance on all aspects of PSD2 compliance for a large bank. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the regulatory framework,as well as practical experience implementing PSD2 requirements in a banking setting.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for PSD2 compliance within the bank, including interactions with regulators and external stakeholdersProvide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of PSD2, including authentication, transaction monitoring, and data protectionDevelop and maintain PSD2 compliance documentation, policies, and procedures for the bankConduct assessments of the banks existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvementWork closely with product teams to ensure that new products and services comply with PSD2 requirementsKeep up-to-date with changes to the regulatory framework and provide guidance to the banks leadership on how these changes will impact our operations and strategy.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related fieldAt least 10 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment, with a focus on regulatory complianceExpert knowledge of PSD2 regulations and their practical application in a banking contextStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory requirementsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise mannerProven ability to work effectively in a team environment and to drive results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven settingAvailability to work on a contract basis via Protiviti.
