Job Description Morgan McKinley are headhunting on behalf of a top 10 Accounting Firm for a Proposals Manager to join their growing team! My client is a top 10 Accounting Firm who are looking for a Proposals Manager to join them to work closely with the Business Development Director to manage the proposal processes across the firm. Key Responsibilities of the Proposals Manager:
  • Ensure best practice of tender processes are met across the business
  • Facilitate Go/No Go meetings
  • Research to support tenders
  • Create and maintain templates for proposal collateral
  • Create high quality pitch presentations
  • Manage third party designers who support tender process
  • Manage pitch rehearsal processes
  • Conduct proposal feedback meetings
Ideal Background of the Proposals Manager:
  • Experience in legal or accountancy industry
  • Strong written English skills, ability to make technical language accessible
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent editorial skills
  • Experience with Office 365, InDesign & PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines
  • Superb stakeholder management skills
