This Proposals Executive role sits within an international law firm and will play a key role in supporting the Proposals Manager with large, procurement-led panel pitches undertaking activities such as setting up templates, creating project plans, organisingmeetings, sourcing boilerplate text and completing standard sections.In collaboration with the Proposals Manager, this Proposals Executive will be responsibility for re-structuring, formatting, editing and proofreading incoming content ensuring that it conforms to house style guide, fits new proposal automation templatesand has one voice throughout as well as working with the wider Business Development team, and subject matter experts across the organisation to revamp the firms existing proposals library ready for upload onto the new system. You will have the opportunityto take overall project management responsibility of select capability statements/ pitches and work with the Internal Design team/partners as appropriate to ensure professional design of proposals and that necessary amends are made to the document before submission.The successful candidate for this role will have pitch/proposals exposure in a legal environment, excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas.The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
