Job Description

AST PROPERTY MANAGERS - THIS IS THE PERFECT STEPPING STONE INTO ASSET MANAGEMENT!Your new company:An exciting opportunity has come about to join a globally recognised property advisory business. This business value excellence and hard work around a desire to achieve.Your new role:This position sits within the BTR department but you will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing a portfolio of 150 AST properties across 7 corporate accounts (landlords)
  • Routine & emergency maintenance
  • EPCs / Gas safety and compliance checks of properties
  • Managing full deposits process
  • Conduct property inspections and recommend any works
  • Reporting - you will be responsible for increasing revenue of your clients portfolios, analysing for ways to improve expenditure and cutting costs in order to maximise your relationships
  • Overseeing project work
What you will need to succeed:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience within AST property management is essential
  • You will be a great communicator with realproblem solvingskills.
  • You will be friendly and willing to help your team wherever necessary
  • Your work ethic will be exceptional and you will be willing to put the effort in to be rewarded
