Are you an individual with a background in Property Management that enjoys looking after Landlords and Tenants throughout the Tenancy process Do you have an eye for detail, ability to work to and achieve KPIs whilst working in a busy environment If so, this role is for you!We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager to work for a leading, global Real Estate company in their South London office. A fantastic opportunity to hit the ground running and work for a company that really looks after their staff through training programmes and employee benefits.You will be responsible for delivering a first class service to Landlords and Tenants as they progress through their Tenancies. Duties are likely to include, dealing with maintenance issues, insurance claims, planned maintenance, managing utilities and deposits. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be a good team player but also work to your own initiative and be service orientated.
