Job Description

Are you a Property Management superstar whos least favorite part of the job is dealing with calls regarding maintenance Then this is the perfect role for you!Your New Company:This saught after development of serviced accomodation have a market leading reputation for their customer service. You will join a fun, sociable team who youll regularly find socialising over drinks out of working hours. Youll be based on site at the luxury development and get to enjoy the amenities on offer. Not to mention, this employer treat their staff like assets and ensure that regular training and progression is available.Your New Role:This is a Property Management role however there is an onsite maintenance team to take that part of the job off your hands. You will be based on site and you will be responsible for regular property inspections of the full development (800 appartments), Ensuring properties are compliant with gas safety, check ins and check outs, releasing deposits and being that main point of contact for tenants.

  • Regular property inspections - identify maintenance, statutory and health and safety needs, legal issues such as breaches and promoting a proactive managing agent relationship with all residents.
  • Being the main point of contact for tenants
  • Inventories - check ins and check outs and reporting that goes with this
  • Deposits - negotiating, releasing and renewing
  • Booking in EPC, EICR,
  • Supporting the lettings department with adhoc work
    • About you:
  • You will have a minimum of 2 years experience within AST Property Management
  • You will be obsessed with improving the customer journey and put people at the heart of everything you do
  • Be pro-active, present and have the ability to think on your feet and resolve any problems that arise.
  • You will be detail orientated and confident in nature with exceptional communication skills
