We’ve been asked by a fabulous boutique central London property management company to find an additional block manager whose experience of managing residential blocks hopefully includes some exposure of working with some high-quality London blocks in areaslike Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster.You’ll be handling a smaller portfolio than you would typically find at a larger managing agent so you’ll have time to provide a solid and professional service which is in keeping with their style. Your portfolio will be exclusively in the West End includingWestminster, Kensington and Chelsea including some beautiful traditional small/medium mansion style blocks.Our client offers a competitive salary and benefits package, a really friendly, relaxed yet professional environment and the potential of some working from home following probation period.We are looking for someone with at least 2+ years’ experience of being a block manager, managing a residential block portfolio including dealing with the smooth running of a portfolio of residential buildings covering maintenance, repairs and service contracts,maintaining strong relationships with leaseholders and residents, experience working with budgets and overseeing expenditure as well as adherence to financial goals.Responsibilities include:
