A unique opportunity for a property manager or excellent assistant property manager with experience in residential lettings to join this boutique West End property management and lettings business. We are looking for a very capable and dedicated property manager to work closely with the two senior Directors and take responsibility for a small portfolio of Central London managed units along with all associated administration duties.The successful person will have current or very recent experience in Property Management, be hardworking and reliable and have good communication skills. You should have a good understanding of lettings legislation, be willing to learn and able to use your own initiative and have experience of meeting occasional deadlines.The role includes all aspects of property management including: building relationships with landlords and tenants and acting as a central point of contact, dealing with maintenance issues, general lettings progression and administration. You’ll be liaising with clients, tenants, utility companies, arranging gas safety checks, organising the servicing of boilers, arranging EPC’s etc and should have a couple of years’ lettings AST experience. Answer general maintenance queries and resolves these accordingly, instruct contractors re maintenance works and ensure the completion of works.Property Manager - Experience Needed
