Property ManagerAST portfolio this is a great opportunity for a pro-active and experienced property manager looking to take the next step in their career with this boutique West End property management and lettings company. Working closely withthe two senior Directors, youll have the opportunity to make this role your own by taking responsibility for a small and growing portfolio of Central London residential units along with all associated administration duties.The successful Property Manager will probably have 1-3 years recent experience in AST Property Management either with a larger mid-table group or with a small independent suburban agency and now looking to work with an impressive central London propertycompany.Working with a small but high-profile portfolio of apartments in residential buildings, the role includes all aspects of property management including building relationships with landlords and tenants and acting as a central point of contact; dealing withmaintenance issues; instructing contractors; general lettings progression and administration; liaising with clients, tenants, utility companies; arranging gas safety checks, organising the servicing of boilers etc.You should have a good understanding of lettings, be willing to learn and progress and have drive, initiative and be used to meeting occasional deadlines.
