Job Description

If youre looking for a company where you can grow your career and be around like-minded outgoing and hardworking people then this is the one for you!Your New Role:This is a Property Management and you will be responsible for managing 120 properties across London. Your main duties will involve but not limit too:

  • Managing a portfolio of 120 properties across South London
  • Being the first point of contact for tenants and landlords
  • Arranging pro-active and reactive maintenance repairs
  • Deposits - negotiating, releasing and renewing
  • Renewals - plus you get an extra £50 for each one you do!
  • Inspections
  • Dealing with rent arears
    • About you:
  • You will have a minimum of 2 years experience within AST Property Management and have exposure into all areas of the job listed above.
  • You will be obsessed with improving the customer journey and put people at the heart of everything you do.
  • Be pro-active, present and have the ability to think on your feet and resolve any problems that arise.
  • You will be detail orientated and confident in nature with exceptional communication skills.
    • What youll get in return for your hard work:This is a permanent Property Management opportunity paying up to £30,000 for the right candidate plus the opportunity to earn £5000 in bonuses on top of that.
