Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of 200 properties in London
  • To arrange routine & emergency maintenance
  • To arrange and carry out property inspections
    • What you will need to succeed:
  • A minimum of 6 months experience within AST property management is essential
  • You will be a great communicator with real problem solving skills.
  • You will be able to articulate your exceptional customer service and have a people orientated approach
  • You will be a fast learner and able to keep up to date with current legislation
