Job Description

Your new company:An exciting opportunity has come about to join an award winning property business who put people at the centre of everything they do. This company have a genuine care for peoples well-being and will support any development and growth.Your new role:This is a property manager opportunity and your duties will include but not limit too:

  • Manage a portfolio of 100 properties
  • Carry out pre-tenancy works
  • Check in & check out reports
  • To arrange routine & emergency maintenance
    • What you will need to succeed:
  • A minimum of 3 years experience within AST property management is essential
  • You will be a great communicator with real problem solving skills.
  • You will be able to articulate your exceptional customer service and have a people orientated approach
  • You will be a fast learner and able to keep up to date with current legislation
  • ARLA qualified or studying ARLA
    • What you will get in return:This is a permanent opportunity paying up to £35,000 for the right candidate as well as an attractive benefits package including flexible working, and 28 days holiday increasing to 30 after 2 years.
