Job Description

Job Title: Property ManagerHours: 37.5 hours per week, 9am - 5:30pm.HomebasedPurpose of the position To provide effective management of all properties within the company’s property management portfolio, ensuring effective communication between freeholders, leaseholders and any other relevant parties.Work Experience & Skills Essential experience:

  • 4 years’ experience in any sector of the Property Industry in a customer-facing capacity
Desirable qualifications:
  • 4 Years’ or more experience in residential or commercial property management
Qualifications & Education
  • Ideally Associate level IRPM essential (must be willing to work towards next level of accreditation)
  • Relevant industry qualifications
