Job Description

Your new company:The opportunity has come about to join an established, successful, award winning property business based in SW London. This company offer excellent progression opportunities and genuinely invest in developing their employees.Your new role:

  • Manage a portfolio of 100 properties in London
  • Carry out pre-tenancy works
  • Check in & check out reports
  • Deposits
  • EICR / Gas safety compliance checks
  • To arrange routine & emergency maintenance
  • Renewals
    • What you will need to succeed:
  • A minimum of 1 years experience within AST property management or lettings is essential
  • You will be a great communicator with real problem solving skills.
  • You will be able to articulate your exceptional customer service and have a people orientated approach
  • You will be a fast learner and able to keep up to date with current legislation
    • What you will get in return:This is a 12 month fixed term contract with the chance to go permanent. The opportunity is paying up to £29,000 for non ARLA qualified candidates and £33,000 for ARLA qualified candidates plus an unrivalled commission scheme.
