Property Development Manager with a twist!Our client, a leading adult social care provider is seeking a highly skilled professional to take complete control of refurbishment works for their supported living homes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful developmentand delivery in refurbishing properties that cater to the bespoke needs of residents and align with local priorities.About the Role:As a Property development Manager - supportive living, you will be responsible for:Managing the development and delivery of new property and refurbishment projects, from negotiation through the construction phase to occupation.Conducting development appraisals and viability assessments.Acting as a project manager, overseeing a caseload and pipeline of property development projects.Representing in negotiations with Employers Agents, Surveyors, Architects, and other technical professionals.Reviewing and negotiating terms of engagement with landlords and property developers to protect business interests and minimise risks.Seeking opportunities for investment and capital funding to secure accommodation.About You:To be successful in this role, you will need:It is essential to have previous demonstrable experience in managing the development, refurbishment and acquisition of property for individuals with disabilities.
